Fleet B Logistics LLC was founded in West Palm Beach by Bendy Jean Baptiste on a conviction that's rare in trucking: the people who move the freight should share in what the freight builds.
That conviction became our structure. We run a 100% owner-operated fleet, professional CDL-A contractors who own their equipment, choose their routes, and keep 89.5% of gross revenue on every load. And after 5 years of partnership, they qualify for our 20% net revenue share pool: a real, audited stake in the company's success.
For shippers, that model is your guarantee. The driver on your dock isn't a number in a fleet, they're a business owner whose reputation and future earnings ride on your freight arriving on time, intact, and documented.
